At the core of First Century Foundations is our humanitarian aid in the land of Israel. We believe in demonstrating the love of God through practical and humanitarian efforts. We support over 70 ministries in Israel who are reaching out to their communities through services such as food and clothing distribution, support for single mothers and help for Holocaust survivors. These ministries provide to a range of nationalities including refugees and immigrants from Sudan, Russia and neighbouring Arab countries.
Our goal is to wisely steward and distribute funds in Israel to all of our ministries based on their individual pressing needs. This requires us to make projections at the beginning of the year of budgeted amounts that we will send, but also to have the flexibility to respond to needs as they arise throughout the year. In light of this, we are making a change to our DONATE page that will simplify the giving process for our donors and our organization.
Rather than have you specifically select from 70 ministries listed as options on our DONATE page, we have distilled the projects we do in Israel down into 7 categories for you to choose from. They are as follows:
Where Most Needed
Provides resources to respond to urgent requests and needs in Israel and help with the day to day operation of the ministry.
Humanitarian Aid
Provides food, clothing, household items, housing assistance, trauma counselling, emergency medical assistance, and more and will be stewarded through the 70 ministries we support in Israel.
Congregational Support
Provides financial resources for the many Messianic and Arab Christian congregations that we support in Israel, including practical help with renovations, furnishings, audio and visual equipment, transportation needs, and more.
Education, Training & Resource
Provides financial resources for education and resources in Messianic and Christian schools, as well as Hebrew Bible and literature translation, publication, leadership training, camps, conferences, discipleship and more for all the ministries we support in Israel.
Pro Life Ministry
Provides financial resources to save babies from abortion in Israel through several ministries that we support in Israel, who are actively helping moms in crisis with counselling, support and financial assistance to keep their babies.
Rehabilitation Ministries
Provides financial resources for the rehabilitation of children and youth with disabilities, victims of substance abuse and other addictions, and women caught in prostitution.
Pro-Israel Media
Provides financial resources for the costs associated with producing and airing our television show, First Century Foundations and other potential documentary projects, as well as our ongoing efforts to share the truth about Israel through our social media platforms and YouTube channel.
