As we reflect on 2025, our hearts are filled with gratitude for you.
This past year brought profound challenges, deep uncertainty, and moments that required courage, faith, and steadfast prayer. Yet throughout it all, the faithfulness of God—and the faithfulness of His people—was unmistakably evident. As we mark 40 years of ministry at First Century Foundations, we do so with deep gratitude for the generations of partners who have walked with us and made this work possible. On behalf of all of us at First Century Foundations, thank you for standing with Israel and with us through your generous giving, committed prayers, and trusted partnership.
When needs arose quickly and unexpectedly, your support helped make readiness possible. When families required food, shelter, comfort, and dignity, your generosity ensured help did not have to wait. When ministry partners on the ground felt the strain of serving in difficult circumstances, your prayers strengthened them and reminded them they were not alone. Your partnership has truly been a lifeline—expressing the love of Yeshua in both word and deed to our 70 trusted ministry partners in Israel who faithfully serve as His hands and feet.
As we look ahead, our desire is to continue to steward every donation wisely—seeking not only faithful management, but the greatest possible impact. Giving ethiopian children in israel a real chance to succeed
In Haifa, where many immigrant families struggle to make ends meet, Ethiopian Jewish children are among the most affected by poverty—especially when the school year begins. As a result, too many children start school already at a disadvantage, lacking the tools they need to learn, participate, and feel confident.
Through our ministry partner, Israel Relief Aid was able to change that reality. Donations were used to provide schoolsupply gift cards to Ethiopian children from families unable to afford the essentials.
Children were able to visit a local Haifa school-supply store and choose what they needed themselves—most proudly selecting new schoolbags and the specialized pouches required for everyday classroom use. This simple but powerful act restored dignity, encouraged confidence, and allowed each child to begin the school year prepared and on equal footing with their peers.
Dollars raised in 2025 helped provide Education, Training and Resources
The Ethiopian Jewish community in Israel (Beta Israel) numbers about 177,600 people, making up roughly 2.3% of the Jewish population, with over one-third now Israeli-born.
Your generosity did more than provide supplies—it strengthened self-esteem, supported academic success, and helped lay a foundation for breaking the cycle of poverty, one child and one school year at a time.

Feeding Hope in Tel Aviv
In Tel Aviv—where the majority of Israel’s homeless population resides—it is not uncommon to encounter individuals sleeping on sidewalks, pushing carts filled with their belongings, or searching for food in trash bins. Behind each face is a story marked by hardship, isolation, and daily uncertainty.
Thanks to compassionate partners like you, the Tel Aviv Homeless Café continues to be a place of dignity, nourishment, and human connection.
This unique initiative goes far beyond providing food. Volunteer teams from surrounding cities actively seek out those living on the streets, prepare warm, nutritious meals, and sit down with individuals to listen, encourage, and care—one conversation at a time.

Because of your support, Israel Relief Aid is preparing to serve once again in December, helping ensure that hundreds of men and women experience care during one of the most difficult seasons of the year.

Innovative, Direct-to-Source Giving in Action
Because of your generosity, critical aid is reaching some of the most vulnerable communities in Israel—often at exactly the right moment.
- 35 emergency aid containers have now been distributed, filled with essential items such as clothing, shoes, bedding, furniture, diapers, wipes, and more.
- In a remarkable provision, several of these containers arrived just before the recent 12-day war, ensuring supplies were already in place when they were urgently needed.
- A new shipment of diapers from China has arrived in port and will soon be distributed to families in need.
These life-giving supplies cannot reach Israel without your support. Every container represents compassion in action—your kindness traveling across oceans to bring relief, dignity, and hope.
